One of our top priorities
is to fulfill your original orders with the highest level of
attention and care possible. But in the event that a customer
encounters a problem with their shipment, we will provide fast
and appropriate responses.
On items which you have ordered, an opened product may only
be returned for an exchange of the same title if it is defective
(this policy is applied whenever made possible by the product
manufacturer/publisher). A written explanation including your
account username must be sent with the product within 14 days
of original shipment arrival.
If the returned item is confirmed defective or damaged, we will
bear the return postage and reimburse the relevant amount by
issuing you a store credit. However, we will ONLY be responsible
for the return postage or shipping cost if you return the relevant
item by standard Air Mail. All other means of returns such as
registered Air Mail and Courier services will not be considered.
Please also note that we will only be responsible for the regular
Air Mail shipping cost of the replacement item.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damages
and/or loss which orrur during mail transit. We do not accept
returns for Blu-ray player incompatibility; customers should
review product details and region code on the product pages
before ordering. We are also not responsible for any loss or
damage caused by war, natural disasters or strike.
